What do you like added to salads? Doing something as simple as making a salad that you love can go a long way in self care. Try a new addition like sliced apples or pears, nuts, seeds, olives, cheese or fresh herbs. We like to add fresh basil or cilantro and sometimes diced jalapenos for a kick. Also, remember to dance.
