Self Care #7

Sometimes just thinking about all of the good in you is all that that you need to boost your spirits! We shoot for the stars to be the best parents that we possibly can, but so many times are so tough on ourselves. Celebrate you EVERYDAY! Work to fine tune the things that you would like to improve and at the same time be proud of the things that you do well and are great at! Take self care one step further and clean out a cluttered area. It could be a desk at work, the kitchen table, a nightstand, the pile of laundry that has been staring at you for days or putting a box together of unused items to take to charity. Clear your mind and the clutter and you will feel refreshed!
